By using Aestmax (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Aestmax is for a general audience. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, and they accept these Terms on your behalf.
Aestmax is an entertainment and self-improvement tool that uses AI to estimate facial-aesthetic scores and generate personalised routines and tips. Scores and outputs are subjective estimates for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Not medical advice. Aestmax is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dermatological, dietary, psychological, or diagnostic advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your health or appearance.
Aestmax offers a free tier and paid plans (weekly and annual) and one-time purchases. Prices are shown in-app before purchase. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes may be added. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled case-by-case via support.
You agree to upload only photos of yourself (or a person who has given you their consent), and not to use the App to harass, demean, or evaluate others without consent. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the App.
You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your most recent photo solely to provide and re-display your analysis. Your stored photo is replaced when you re-scan and removed when you delete your account/data — see our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms or the App at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Material changes will be posted in-app.
