We built Aestmax to respect your privacy. In short: we store only your most recent photo so we can re-display your results across your devices — we do not sell your data, and you can delete your account and all data (including your photo) at any time.
Photos you upload. Used to compute your scores and features. Facial geometry is measured on your device where possible. We store only your most recent photo so your results card and history display correctly when you sign in from another device; older photos are replaced. We do not use your photos to train models. Your stored photo is replaced each time you re-scan, and removed entirely when you delete your data via Delete my account in Settings.
Account & usage data. Email (if you create an account), your scores over time, streaks, subscription status, and basic app analytics to improve the product.
Facial analysis may involve biometric-style measurements. By uploading a photo you consent to this processing for the sole purpose of providing your results. You may withdraw consent by deleting your data.
To provide and improve the service, process payments (via our payment provider), send you transactional and reminder emails, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
We share limited data with service providers who help us operate (AI processing, payments, email, hosting), bound by confidentiality. We may disclose data if required by law.
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Use Delete my account in Settings, or email us.
We retain only your most recent photo; it is replaced when you re-scan and removed when you delete your data. Account data is kept until you delete it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Aestmax is for a general audience. If you are a minor, please use Aestmax only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use and can request deletion of your data at any time.
